2.1.1 Formato de competición (Competition format)

P: ¿Podrá el adjudicatario del Lote 1 trabajar en conjunto con la LPFF en la programación de los partidos?

(Will the awardee of Package 1 be able to work together with the LPFF in the programming of the matches?)

R: Sí, pero la decisión final será siempre de la LPFF.

2.1.8 Sublicencia (Sub-licence)

P: ¿Tendrá el adjudicatario del Lote 1 el derecho de conceder sublicencias de los resúmenes a terceros?

4.1 Formulario de Presentación (Submission Form)

P: En cuanto al Formulario de Presentación, se solicita a los Candidatos que rellenen la siguiente información: «Indica aquí el tipo de garantía ofrecida a la Liga Profesional de Fútbol Femenino», ¿Podríais indicarnos a qué os referís con «tipo de garantía ofrecida»?

(Regarding the Submission Form, Candidates are requested to fill in the following information:

2.3 Lotes geográficos ofertados (Geographical packages offered)

P: El Lote B se define como “Ciertos países europeos”. Para aclarar, si un Candidato desea ofertar por el Paquete B, debe contener solo uno (o más) de los 26 territorios enumerados en el Paquete A, es decir, un territorio de la UE, p. Francia, no otros territorios europeos, p. ¿el Reino Unido?

(Package B is defined as “Certain European countries”. To clarify, if a Candidate wishes to bid for Package B, it must contain only one (or more) of the 26 territories listed in Package A i.e. an EU territory e.g. France, not other European territories e.g. the United Kingdom?)

2.6 Calendario indicativo de jornadas (Indicative Schedule of Matchdays)

2.7 Derechos excluidos y limitaciones a la exclusividad (Exclusion of Rights)

P: Para confirmar: si el canal de un Candidato es transmitido por un proveedor de cable o satélite que está disponible para empresas que operan en lugares públicos, p. como un restaurante o un bar, ¿se permitiría la cobertura en vivo de un Candidato en esta circunstancia?

(To confirm: if a Candidate’s channel is carried by a cable or satellite provider which is available to businesses which operate public places e.g. such as a restaurant or a bar, a Candidate’s live coverage would be permitted in this circumstance?)

R: Se puede autorizar, pero siempre debe estar debidamente geobloqueado al territorio al que se han adjudicado los derechos y debe ser emitido simultáneamente a los principales canales de radiodifusión (TV/OTT) en cumplimiento de las obligaciones de emisión establecidas en la licitación.

(It can be authorized, but it has to be always properly geo-blocked to the territory to which the rights have been awarded and should be broadcasted simultaneously to the main broadcaster channels (TV/OTT) in compliance with the broadcast obligations established in the tender.)

Procedimiento para la Presentación de Ofertas (Procedure for Submission of Offers)

P: ¿Puedo confirmar que cualquier presentación de un Candidato antes de la fecha límite para la presentación de Ofertas (es decir, las 12:00 CET de este jueves) solo debe incluir los documentos adjuntos? ¿El formulario de cumplimiento y la carta del beneficiario final se pueden completar después de la fecha límite si se selecciona un candidato?

(Please can I confirm that any submission by a Candidate by the deadline for submission of Offers (i.e. 12 noon CET this Thursday) should only include the documents attached? The compliance form and Ultimate Beneficial Owner letter can be completed after the deadline if a Candidate is selected?)
